The resource management feature provides a visual overview of who is working on what, showing people’s availability, roles, and skills in real time, allowing users to catch capacity issues early and reallocate resources flexibly. For project scoping and planning, the software allows users to set a baseline for each project—including price, budget, roles, and timeline—and offers AI-assisted staffing to find the best-fit person. It also enables users to compare adjusted scope against the baseline when changes occur. The delivery insights capability provides a live view of delivery performance, including team capacity, utilization, actuals, margin, and budget burn, alerting users to deviations from the plan as they happen.
