These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProviderScout.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with a provider you do not own or control
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content
  • Scrape or copy the Service in bulk without permission
  • Interfere with the Service's security or availability
  • Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications

3. Listings and Scout Score

ProviderScout displays listings and computes a Scout Score from publicly available signals and submitted data. Scores and rankings are informational only and do not constitute endorsement or professional advice. We may add, edit, hide, or remove listings at our discretion.

4. Paid tiers

Verified and Premier subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Provider content

If you submit content (descriptions, logos, case studies), you grant ProviderScout a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and the ProviderScout brand, is owned by ProviderScout and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProviderScout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProviderScout is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
