Glean

Glean is a Work AI platform connected to an enterprise's data, designed to help users find, create, and automate work-related tasks. It is intended for use across various business departments, including engineering, customer service, sales, marketing, IT, finance, and human resources, as well as industries such as retail, financial services, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. The platform offers several key capabilities: Glean Assistant serves as a personal AI assistant, Glean Agents allows users to build and manage AI agents with features for agent governance and orchestration, and Glean Search functions as the foundation for enterprise AI by using an Enterprise Graph, Personal Graph, and Hybrid Search. Glean connects with over 100 applications and indexes data across an organization’s existing tools. Additional components include Data Analysis Canvas, Deep Research, Glean Protect for security, and platform extensibility through APIs and a Model Hub for accessing various AI models. The platform also integrates with workplace tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and ServiceNow. Glean claims to save users up to 110 hours per user per year, based on customer-reported outcomes.
