PathAI is an AI-powered pathology platform designed to improve patient outcomes through collaboration with biopharma, laboratories, and clinicians. The product includes AISight, a cloud-native, open platform enterprise digital pathology image management system. AISight is used by leading anatomic pathology institutions, including academic medical centers, reference laboratories, health systems, and biopharma organizations. It functions as a central hub for case management and image management, powering digital pathology workflows and AI applications. Key capabilities include supporting translational research, clinical development services, real-world data analysis, and companion diagnostics. The platform offers a range of AI algorithm products such as ArtifactDetect, TumorDetect, AIM-Tumor Cellularity, PathAssistDerm, and various AIM assays for biomarkers including PD-L1, HER, ER, PR, Ki67, MASH, and HI-UC. Additionally, it supports partner algorithm products from DeepBio, Paige, Visopharm, and DoMore Diagnostics. The system aims to provide insights for biomarker discovery, drug development, and improved laboratory workflows. PathAI has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Roche to transform AI-driven diagnostics.
