The platform calculates each attorney’s win rate by judge, court, and case type, using source data parsed from public dockets at scale and reconciled against PACER and the National Center for State Courts. Key capabilities include a live case feed that streams new filings and dispositions hourly, with proprietary crawlers monitoring courts globally and processing thousands of new cases and documents each day. The platform also tracks attorney performance metrics such as average case duration and motion-specific win rates, with data updated hourly. Premonition reports a 30.70 percent average win rate improvement when its data is used for counsel selection.
